If you cannot find your specific product warranty information for your product in our Web Shop, please take a ticket in our Service Centre, and we shall follow-up for you and/or start the warranty claim process for you. You will need to provide proof of warranty commencement date such as proof of purchase or warranty registration.
Please note that you have legal rights and remedies under Australian Consumer Law including replacement or refund for a major failure or repair for a minor failure. Your rights are incorporated under the Trade Practices Act and similar State and Territory laws. Your claim will depend on the age of your equipment and how many years of service you have already received from your equipment.
