Warranty Policy

Warranties differ across our product range and relate to the particular product you are purchasing. As far as possible, we publish the warranty provided by each manufacturer on our website where you find details for that product either in the product information section (Heat/Cool Room, Heat/Cool Water, etc) or in the online Shop section. If you cannot find the warranty information or have specific questions, please email us at contact@hydrosol.com.au and we will respond to your specific query.

If you wish to lodge a warranty claim, you will need to provide proof of the warranty commencement date such as proof of purchase or warranty registration. You may lodge your claim directly with the relevant manufacturer or contact us at contact@hydrosol.com.au to assist you with the warranty claim process.

Note that you have legal rights and remedies under Australian Consumer Law including replacement or refund for a major failure or repair for a minor failure. Your rights are incorporated under the Trade Practices Act and similar State and Territory laws. Your claim will depend on the age of your equipment and how many years of service you have already received from your equipment.
